GO RED WOMEN'S HEALTH EVENT

Ryan Chevrolet and the American Heart Association will host an evening of education and fun March 25^th from 5-7PM. The theme for the evening will be A Passport to a BetterU and will feature 10 fun and educational stations designed to inspire the attendees to achieve greater heart health through improved diet, exercise and stress-relief activities.

A total of 300 tickets will be sold for this event. The cost will be $5 and they can be purchased at Ryan Chevrolet, Broadway Miracle Mart, Off the Vine, Esoterica, Mirror Mirror, Corner Stone Chiropractic and Curves.

Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women in America, but through education and encouragement, this can change! 80% of cardiac events in women could be prevented. It is the goal of the Go Red project to help reduce that number dramatically.
